Full Version: Line Pick up

I'm currently using A Yealink T-46G along with 5 other people here in my office. We currently have soft keys set up on these phone when someone is not available we pick up each others lines. If we pick up another employees line from our phone and try transferring the call we are getting an error message that says,"Shared line unavailable". Can I please get some insight into this issue.

We are currently on the Meta switch and using firmware 28.80.202.223

Sorry for the late reply since we have the time lag. But we acctually sent out the mail to you two days ago. Was it be blocked to spam?

You need to make sure in the Meta Switch Multi Appearance is set to more than 1 for the subscriber/Line
