I'm quite new to this forum, so please apologize if my questions are too elementary.
We are using autoprovisioning for T46 Phones with the Broadsoft Firmware 28.73.193.45.
With this few lines we enable the network directories group, group_common and personal:

bw_phonebook.group_displayname = group
bw_phonebook.group_common_enable = 1
bw_phonebook.group_common_displayname = common
bw_phonebook.personal_enable = 1
bw_phonebook.personal_displayname = personal
The group and personal directory work fine, so i think the xsi-settings are correct. But the group_common always throws the error "Failed to connect to server". The same error popup appears if we activate enterprise_common directory.
Does anyone have an idea what's going wrong with that config?

I tried to reproduce the issue in my side , after configure the XSI, all the network directory can work well include group, Enterprise ,GroupCommon, EnterpriseCommon and personal. how many phones you have , all have the issue ?
in this case, would you please share us the config.bin file, level 6 syslog and pcap trace that we can check it in our side, you can send them to support@yealink.com?

Meanwhile i tried to catch these phonebooks via a http xsi call like

Catching the Group-Directory works well, but the Group-Common always failed.
I look in the syslog-message only gives a http-error everytime i access a common phonebook.

Would you please send me the total information (config.bin file , pcap trace and level 6 syslog )to us (support@yealink.com） that we can submit them to the engineer ? and how many phones you have all have the same issue ? if you use another account, the issue still exist ?
I'll go and collect all the files.
The issue is allaround. No matter what account or what yealink model we have in use. We are maintaining around eighty yealink phones on twenty different locations.
we haven'T checked all models, but the issue exists for all T4x-Models with the latest Broadsoft-firmware version.
For example i'll send you the files from a T46G to support@yealink.com with a link to this thread.
