Hi,

we use several T46G with 28.81.0.15.

at some of them the Visual Alert for BLF Pickup is enabled.
If the monitored user gets a call, the address book lookup on the monitoring phone does not work.

Is there any change?

Gert
Hi,

can you please confirm this:

We use 3CX V15 with T46G.
The phones with 28.81.0.15 don't show the contact information at the BLF Pickup notification.
A downgraded T46G 28.80.0.130 does show the contact information. Not only the number.
Both use the same provision files.

Where can I debug? What's wrong? Please give me some ideas.
Same problem here
Just want to confirm something.
1. The monitoring phone don't popup the Visual Alert interface?
Or the phone popup the Visual Alert interface, but don't show contact info?
And about the contact info, there are two info, caller and callee, both of them don't show? Or only one don't show?
If possible, please take some picture for us.

2. Please help us to get the trace files, we can check more from them.
Please refer to this FAQ for more info: http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313
Hi Yealink_Karl,

thanks for your replay. I will try to clarify the issue.

First: the visual Interface popup correctly.
Second: The caller and callee will information will show.

The problem is following:
(A calls B, and C is monitoring, Phone number A: 123, Phone Number B: 456)

The monitoring phone C should show "B <- A". But unfortunately the phone shows "B <- 123".
There is no lookup of the number 123 in the phone book.

On the other hand the Phone B indicates that A is calling and not only the number "123".

I've attached a photo and the requested files. I hope you can help.

Thanks a lot.

Gert
Same picture and same behavior on my both T46G.
The monitoring phone C should show "B <- A". But unfortunately the phone shows "B <- 123".
There is no lookup of the number 123 in the phone book.
[Karl] What phone book? remote phone book or local phone book or LDAP?

We use several remote phone books. The local phone book is empty. LDAP is not in use.

We use several remote phone books. The local phone book is empty. LDAP is not in use.
How about normally call? If A call to you, the phone will show A or 123?
Can you also test the local phone book, if you add 123 as a local contact?
Normal call: The phone show A.

I've tested the local phone book: No change of the behavior. Phone shows "123" and not "A".

This issue came with the latest firmware and is only visible on the visual alert interface.
