Hi,

On our PBX we add some letters to identify what "line" is used.

Example , if someone calls L1 with CID= "John Doe 5551234567", our PBX show : "L1 John Doe 5551234567", like this receptionist know what Cie is called.

We have problems for anonymous calls with T22P and T28P phones. First, they convert the word Anonymous by "Anonyme" (our phones are set in French) and CID do not show 2 lines as they should CALLERIDNAME and CALLERIDNUM (%CALLERID%).

This option works fine on other phones T4x, T26P or Aastra phones for example. We just have issues with T22P and T28P. I've update firmware for T22 to 72.0.30 ...

Is there any provisioning option of just option in the web menu of the phones for this issue?

Hi Ymartin,

What's the firmware of T26 and T28? If T26 work then T28 should also work.

Regards,
James
T28P : 2.72.0.30 (do not work)
T22P : 7.72.0.80 (do not work)
T26P : 6.72.0.30 (works)
The caller ID phone display derive from "PAI" or "From" header in SIP packet.
It's strange that only T26 in T2x series work if your server send a same packet to phone. Please check the "Caller ID Source" under Account-> Advanced, are they configured same?

If it still doesn't work, can you have a try of V73 firmware.

The caller ID phone display is set with "FROM". I've tested "PAI" with same result.

It looks like, the phone recognized the anonymous call, then replace the information by the translation word in the language set in the phone with only ONE line. The phone should receive anonymous for the name and anonymous for the did (2 lines) like the other phones I've tested.

OK, I will the test v73 on a T22 first ...
