Hello,
Just tried the Microsoft (365) outlook integration on 3CX v15, we came to a rare issue, when using click to dial from Outlook.
The dialed number comes out correctly on the softphone, but in this case (CTI) the Yealink (T46G) dials the same number but without the (+) which should be placed before the country code .. i.e. dialing (+1xxxxxxxx) on outlook comes with the same number on softphone but on Yealink it comes (1xxxxxxxx)!
Wonder if anyone has tips !?
So just to confirm. You require a + prior to the country code to dial out correct?
So if you have a number in outlook as +1-xxx-xxx-xxxx it shows up in 3CX phone as 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx so it is stripping the + off the front correct when dialed with CTI.

Have you ever though about on your 3CX system creating a outbound rule to add the + to numbers that dont have it?

you could do something like
Calls to numbers starting with prefix
1

Calls to Numbers with a length of
11

Set your outbound rule.
Strip 0
prepend a +

What this would do is an number that is dialed with 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx would automatically have the + sign added to it.

Let me know if that works for you.
You could also navigate to the 3CX client/settings/configure accounts double click on your account/ advanced settings and you will find a setting Replace + with 00. This option is for the client working in CTI mode to convert the number before it reaches the IP phone.
Hope that helps

Hello. Here's another add-on you can explore for CTI with Yealink. Tenfold can also help in integrating Microsoft and enabling click to dial in Outlook. Our click to dial also works on webpages opened in Chrome. https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/yealink/
