Hello everyone
i have a big problem with th T48G phone
the screen is inverted
can someone help me

Can you kindly provide the picture for us so that we can make "inverted" more clearly?

If the firmware is not the latest firmware, please update to the latest firmware and reset the phone to factory then test again. If the problem still exist, please provide the config.bin for us to check, about how to get the files, please refer to the FAQ below:

Also, can you tell me how many phones you have in total? And how many of them have the issue.

i have one client with 5 T48G and other yealink phones and at this time 1 phone with this problem
i send you pictures this evening when i m back in office
the phone has the latest firmware and i reset it to factory

About your issue, it is a hardware problem, please contact your distributor to do RMA.
