Today we saw the T20P is categorized as a former product.

Is this true and if yes since when? We didn´t get any info yet.

Its been that way for several months.
Did you expect an email or a mailing in the post?
I am a Yealink customer for several years and did not receive anything.

I am not sure why the T3x isn't there since they are not supporting them anymore.
