Hi All,

I have a T22p and so far I'm pretty pleased with it. Over the past couple of Weeks people have complained about a Clicking sound when I use it in Speakerphone instead of using the Handset. When using the Handset there is No Clicking sound.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Regards,
AJ

Hi there,
No it's a distinct clicking in the background when I use the speakerphone mode.
Hello,
1. So you mean when you use speakephone mode, you can hear some clicking sound, it just like someone are pressing the button on the other side?
2. What's the firmware you used now? Could you upgrade to our latest firmware 7.70.0.140 and check again?

3. If the problem is still, could you provide PCAP trace, syslog(level 6) and config.bin file to us, so we can analyze?
Before you export the syslog, please set log level as 6, and reboot the phone, then click Start, and reproduce the issue, then click Stop, and export the trace, syslog, config, bin to us.

Hi there,
That's correct it sounds like someone pressing buttons while I'm talking. I have the latest firmware 7.70.0.140. I will provide the sys log further.
Regards,
Aaron.
