Full Version: Yealink T46G paired via BT with Jabra Evolve 65 UC Mono

Good morning,

we have some Yealink T46G with dongle BT (BT40) paired with Jabra Evolve 65 UC Mono headsets.

Every 3 or 4 days the pair between phone and headset is lost, to restabilish the connection we have to restart the phone or remove and reinsert the dongle then make the pairing again.

We have upgraded the firmware of the phone to the last version available (28.73.0.50) and the firmware of the headset to last version available (1.57) but without luck.

This headset model is not included in our compatible list. In other word we haven't tested this headset and can't ensure the compatiblity.
Can you set the syslog level to 6 and export it when the issue happens? I will send it to our R&D to see whether they can give any advice.

Hi,

we update the phones with firmware 28.80.0.70.

The connection between phone and headset seems a bit more stable but sometimes the connection drops or there's only a one-way communication between caller and called (one hears the other but not vice-versa).

The only method to resolve (temporarily) the issue is to remove then to reconnect the bluetooth dongle under the phone.
