We have 4 T38G handsets to setup inside the LAN connecting directly to a SoftPBX at our VoIP provider (MyNetFone). We have installed a couple as a test but they lose registration regularly so we must be doing something wrong.

There have been a couple of comments made in these forums and online generally about setting up specific port forward rules for each individual handset to address the NAS and other issues.

Does anyone have a working configuration (screenshot?) with multiple handsets inside a LAN that they could post to assist us to get the router and handsets configured correctly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello,
You mean when T38G work with MyNetFone PBX, it will sometimes unregister, and register again automatically?
Do you have other brand phones? Do they have this issue?
Sorry we don't have such manual that work with MyNetFone.
BTW, if this is urgent, you can contact our local distributor, they you will have a faster support.
Thanks.
