Set as
linekey.2.value = 18885551212
linekey.2.type = 3
linekey.2.label = Shop NYC
Transfer works great but "Shop NYC" label never appears on display anywhere.
What do we need to do to get Line labels to appear?

Linekey Label only displays on the LCD screen, but on T26, there is not such a field on LCD to show the lable, So it's meaningless on this phone for this value. You can program a memory key as transfer and print the name on the label slip.

Can a programmable key (on LCD) be configured to do a transfer. I dont see a Transfer option, just forward

You can configure a programmable key as Transfer type, as below screenshot shows, when you press this DSSKey, it will do transfer directly. but can't make it display on LCD.
