Hi there,
I have only recently installed a W52P system in my house and for some reason every now and then the phone rings and the caller ID shows 8001 and sometimes 1000.
If answered there is nothing on the line, no sound etc.
please help as this is extremely annoying!

In short, you should disable the Allow IP Call and enable the Accept SIP Trust Server Only.
