I'm currently using a Yealink T46G, I walked into my office today and noticed the screen was black and the indicator light is red. I tried restarting the phone and the black screen just comes up and the red light stays on.

Can someone help me.

I'm unable to reset the phone.

Thank you for your feedback.

Please keep pressing "OK" button for more than 10s, then a warning message will come out to ask you whether you want to do a factory reset, then press the "OK" button on the softkey, phone will reset.
If it doesn't work, please kindly help to do a recovery mode update for test, please refer the link below:

After a recovery mode update, if the issue still exist, it will be a hardware issue, please contact your vendor for help at first, if vendor can't help you, please tell me where you bought this phone from and what's the SN of it, then I will help you to contact our sales to handle it.

I am also experiencing the same on a T29G after I upgrade to version T29-46.81.0.15.rom unable to press "OK" button because the screen is blacked out. Recovery mode requires 3 files. Where can I get access?

I was getting same kind of issue but in my case it was due to improper configuration of start up setup!

About the recovery files, because of security, we can only send it to your distributor and the service provide, so please contact them to do the recovery update for you.

I also had the black screen and I just couldn't fix it, as far as I can tell you should just buy a new one. Sorry mate. :/
Although, I will keep my fingers crossed for you, maybe you will fix it somehow.
desire to overcome the problem soon. a solution to save your phone.
