Full Version: Call Completion is not always displayed

Hi,

We have enabled "Call Completion" on all Customer T46G (60 Phones) Phones and at first everything is working as expected but after 2-3 days the request for call completion is not displayed anymore on the phone. Al phones have the V72 Firmware and we tried to upgrade 2 phones to the V73 Firmware but with the V73 Firmware the problem still exists.

The PBX is a FreeSWITCH 1.4.14. Please let me know if additional debug files are needed.

Do you mean that it stops working in all phones or part of these phones?
If the issue happens to all phones maybe there is something wrong in server.
If it just happens to several phones, plesae try resetting then re-configure it and check again.

Disabling and reenabling don't make any difference on the T46G. The call completion is working again after a reboot. That phone has additional linekeys configured, can that make any difference?
The T41 is at the moment working fine, but that is a spare phone and is not used so much as the T46G.

we experience a similar behaviour. Call completion stops working after some time. It is still working for some phones, but not for other, exspecially not for those, witch are used much. Rebooting the phone makes call_completion work again, so it's the phone, not the server (I am on 3cx)

We have T23g and t46G with the last fw 8.0.95 on both call completion doesn't show.
Update: Yealink has confirmed an issue with call completion stopping working after some time (after each call to an external line, which is busy). It will be fixed with the next firmware version. Thanks a lot to the great support by the Yealink Team especially Edward and Travis.
Update:
The issue is fixed in the most current firmware (T46-28.80.0.136.rom).
This firmware is not official, but the official version will be available soon.
