Full Version: "Register Failed" error on W52P

Hi,

We have a new W52P phone that we are trying to register manually with RingCentral. They told us they gave us all the right settings, but when we to register the account in the browser we get the error "Register Failed". What can we do?

I am having the identical issue. Chris - did you figure out a solution to this or does anyone have any guidance?

Hi Tim,

Please make sure that you input all register information correctly.
Generally Ringcentral use 5090 as outbound proxy port. If you still can't get it registered, please send the register information to James@yealink.com, I will check it in my side.
