I have (2) T46G phones I configured on Monday and they worked fine.

We are cutting to our new Sip Provider this morning and the phones have a blank white screen on them.

I am told the firmware may be corrupted. Can I manually load new firmware.

Please Help

This requires a login and password

try yealinkftp for both.
it must have been caches on my machine.
