Helo,

I have a yealink SIP-T19P and after a factory reset it seems to have lost the SSL certificate.
The equipment is using the firmware version 31.72.0.1, and after looking to the release notes I've seen that in the release version 31.72.0.1 you have fixed the bug:
->Fixed the issue that the certificate was lost in the probabilistic when the phone was
reset to factory.

It seems to me that the problem may be the same, do you have a solution to re-intall the SSL certificate on the phone ?

Thank You

Hi,

Sorry for the late, we just come back from Holiday.
Can you upgrade to latest firmware and do a reset?

It seems that the upgrade solved the problem for the SIP-T19P, the new firmware came with a new certificate ?

I also have a SIP-T42G with the same troubles with the certificate, I've upgraded it to firmware 29.72.0.55 to check but the problem seems to persist:
looking to the syslog I've:

Sep 15 00:02:46 LIBD[307]: DCMN<6+info > Connecting IP = 192.168.1.132, Port = 3000
Sep 15 00:02:53 LIBD[307]: DCMN<3+error > Certificate doesn't verify and error is 9
Sep 15 00:02:53 LIBD[307]: DCMN<3+error > trust check error
Sep 15 00:02:53 LIBD[307]: HTTP<3+error > Connect Error
Sep 15 00:02:53 AUTP[307]: AUTP<3+error > https to file failed, code = -3, msg = Connect Failed, cout = 0

can you help me here ?
Hi,

To T19 there is no a new certificate. It just restore the original certificate.

To T42G, press OK-> More-> Phone, check the Device Cert status. If it's not "Factory Installed" please do a reset and check again.

James
