It's possible to disable the recorder of voicemail ?

Hi Sir,

Do you mean you don't want to the phone go to record voicemail when there is someone make a call to you and you can't answer it timely, right?
If the answer is yes, the voicemail should be support by the server. You can configure this feature in the server, take Broadsoft for example, you can refer to the picture in the attached.

What i want :
If a person call me and i can't answer. It goes on voicemail with sound but can't record a message.

So i can't configure that in the phone ? Just by my server ?

The voice mail feature should be support by the server. So please check and configure it in the server side. Thank you.
