Full Version: W52P transferring calls placing on park instead

Hello,

I have a client who is using a W52P cordless handset on a Fonality system. When they attempt to make any form of transfer (blind/assisted/unassisted), it always places the call on park instead of actually transferring it. For all other handsets on the system, functionality is correct. Any ideas?

You can direclty contact Fonality. Since the W52P firmware of Fonality is customized they will handle a tech issue.

Cool. Thanks. I wasn't sure if it was their issue or if it was handset-related. I didn't realize they have custom firmware on the device.
