Hello.

My company has installed about 1000 phones T-20P.
I have a problem. I need to edit the number that was not granted.

Example:

Missed call - 931234567
I need to call - 0931234567
It is possible to add the "0".

Thank you
João
Hi João,
1. Sorry we don't have such feature, could you let me know why you need to add "0"? Generally we just dial the missed call number directly.
2. We have a feature called "Replace Rule", setting as the attachment, if you press 0, it will dial out 0931234567.
I don't know whether this is helpful for you.
Hello,

Calling from abroad arrives with the usual number 931234567 and I need to go to incoming calls and add '0 '. In business you need to add '0' to the outside.
How it works "Replace Rule"? I have a new firmware?

Thanks

João
Hello,

How oblige calls 'Missed Call' (view in History and click 'OK') going through the rules created in 'Replace Rule'?

If to mark the number directly in phone - OK
If click OK Upon missed call - Not OK.

Thanks

João
Hello,

Someone help me please.

Thanks

João
Hello Joao,
Sorry currently we don't support this feature.
But we already submitted this request to our product department to evaluate.
If they think we need to add this feature, we will add this feature in next firmware.
We will let you know if there's any update from them.
Thanks.
