We need to have a distinctive ring when calls come in from a particular DID. We have put "Internal" in the Alert Info of the ring group that the DID terminates to, and have also set "Internal" as the Internal Ringer Text under Settings, Ring, in the top box, and in the box below it that says Internal Ringer File, we have selected Ring3.wav. However, the default ring still occurs, which I believe is Ring1.wav. Can yanyone help me fix this please?

I needed to enable distinctive ring under account, advanced. It workd now.
