Sorry, currently the send volume is not adjustable in W52P. Does the other party feel the volume is too low or high?

The transmission is very low. It has been like this from day 1.

How many handsets do you have?
All of them suffer the problem or only part of them. If only one it maybe a hardware problem.
No many users feedback that the send volume of W52P is too low.

Thanks for your replies. There is only the one. I feel it is a hardware issue. As you have already stated that the volume can not be adjusted. I will speak to my supplier to see if it can be exchanged under faulty goods. Thanks for your assistance.
