I updated my phone to the latest firmware and the BLF LEDs stopped working. Thinking that it was just my phone I had to do it to another T28P to stop ghost calls. The same thing happened to the clients phone.
Can anyone assist me in figuring out why my BLF LEDs are not working?

You do not mention your PBX or your current settings so it is hard to know what may be wrong.

Yes, please let us know your pbx server. Can you reset the phone and re-configue it?
If it still doesn't work, please get a pcap trace/ level 6 syslog/ config.bin file. We will analyze it.

I have recently purchased a t28P I have several phones (all Yealink) t22, t26, t38. I have been able to get the BLF buttons to work perfectly on all of the other models even changing the line buttons to be BLF buttons for us. VERY happy with the phones. Purchased the t28 and I can't get the buttons to work. Setting them up just like the other phones but they are not working. What am I missing.
I am using Elastix (and upgrading to FreePBX) both servers are not working with the BLF on this phone.
Firmware Version 2.73.193.50
Hardware Version 1.0.0.53

I am doing the upgrade right now. I have had this Firmware installed before but I will try again.
I am updating now. Then I will do a factory reset and setup my accounts again.
Will check back shortly.
Did the "upgrade" but still not getting the BLF buttons to work.
I set it up like I have on other phones but the lights do not light up.

Got it. I don't know what the difference is. I know I have put this firmware on this system in the past but now it is working. Thanks for pushing me the right direction.
