Full Version: Can't register handset to a base

We had to de-register handsets ( three units ) from the base , now can't register again . " Subscribing " bar goes for about a minute , then getting a message " synchronizing please try again later " - what am i doing wrong ?
All software and firmware is up to date . TIA

Please be aware one base supports up to 5 handsets. If there are only three handsets on your side and you didn't do any other change after de-registering, you can try reset system PIN and register again.
How to reset the system PIN? Please refer to the user guide:Yealink W52P User Guide
If still failure, please let me know your base firmware and handset firmware version.

Thank You for Your reply. Unfortunately handsets did not want to register after resetting a PIN. However, we were able to ( finally )register handsets after resetting a base to a factory settings
