We have customer experiencing sipvicious issues. Is there anything in the config file we could change to stop phantom extension from ringing the phones.

Are you using a PBX locally or in the cloud?
Thank you I will add to config file.
If phones(except W52P) run in V73 you can also enable the option under Account-> Advacned.
