Hello,

We started using the Yealink W52P phones. My question is:

When i tranfer a call to phone x, phone x doesnt pick up. How do i take back the call i just try'd to tranfer?

During the transfer, just press the softkey “End” (left on your screen) to cancel it.

Hello Robbert,

If you transfer by transfer(or R key) + phone x extension + outgoing key, you can press the End key to cancel this transfer and retrieve the first call.
But if you transfer by transfer(or R key)+ phone x extension + transfer (or R key), it transfered by blind transfer, hanset back to idle, can't retrieve.
