Full Version: New handset cannot dial out

Hello.
The original handset was misplaced, thus a new one was purchased, and registered to the base.

Incoming calls are fine, as well as paging.

However, dialing out, we keep getting a "all circuits are busy" message, and no the phone is not even dialing out as verified on the PBX.

Any ideas on why this is occurring?

Could you help confirm whether the base assign dial out number. you can confirm it via web UI>account>number assignmet>outgoing lines.
please let me know if have any problems.
