Hello community,

our customer has a 3CX V14 SP3 installation with Yealink T46G (Firmware 28.80.0.70).

For two devices the ring tones should be configured with the "Splash.wav" ring tone, so that the phone rings one time and continues only with optical signaling.

We have configured the "Splash.wav" ring tone on the phones (WebGUI) and for internal calls it works fine.

For external calls you have to configure the "Distinctive Ring Tones in the Yealink Template:

#Specify the ring tone for each text. It ranges from 1 to 8. The default value 1 stands for Ring1.wav.
#1-Ring1.wav, 2-Ring2.wav, 3-Ring3.wav, 4-Ring4.wav, 5-Ring5.wav, 6-Ring6.wav, 7-Ring7.wav, 8-Ring8.wav.
#distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.X.ringer = 1
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.1.ringer = 2
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.2.ringer = 1
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.3.ringer = 1
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.4.ringer = 1

But in template you can only select ring tones "Ring1.wav" to "Ring8.wav"
How can be solved this problem? What are other possible solutions?

Please update the parameter in your template as below:
distinctive_ring_tones.alert_info.X.ringer=
#Configures the desired ring tones for each internal ringer text.
#The value ranges from 1 to 10, the digit stands for the appropriate ring tone.
#1-Ring1.wav, 2-Ring2.wav, 3-Ring3.wav, 4-Ring4.wav, 5-Ring5.wav, 6-Ring6.wav, 7-Ring7.wav, 8-Ring8.wav,9-Silent.wav,10-Splash.wav.

Also, you can update your firmware to the latest version(28.80.0.130), since it is more stable. You can download the firmware in Yealink Website. Thank you.
