have you tried resetting to factory to see if the problem resolves?
Has it always done this or did something happen recently - config change or firmware change?

Hi Bsacco,
You might enable MWI subscribe. You can follow below steps to disable it.
1.Press Ok button to check phone ip address.
2.Input the phone ip address to your internet browser bar.
3.Phone will pop up a window requesting username/password. The default credential is admin/admin.
4.After getting into phone web interface, go to Account-> Advanced, disable the "subscribe for MWI" option.
