Hi, I'm new here and also fairly new to setting up and configuring the yealink phones, however, no one else at my company knows how to do it so I'm stuck with the job. My issue is that there is one phone not receiving the intercom call while the rest of the phones do. This particular phone is set up exactly the same as the other phones (all T28P) and can even do an intercom call out to all the phones. I don't know what information about the settings you may need but I can get anything for you also I can tell you that this phone appears to be on a newer firmware version than the other phones.
