Hi,

Recently, we upgraded all our T20P phones to V. 9.72.0.30 and the function delete all call records, that was very useful, disappeared.

There is some way to delete all call records at once? I don't want to downgrade firmware to oldest versions.

Hello Nuno,

Call history lists support 100 entries in all, there's not "delete all" option to delete all the call history. I have tested on version 9.73.0.16/9.72.0.30/9.72.0.10/9.61.0.5, but none found it available.
Could you tell me what the version you tested normal, so that I can have a try.
