Hi All,
Instead of working so hard, just install one of the following routers and everything should be resolved
1- Netgear WNR3500L100NAS and install the "Tomato Firmware"
2- ERLITE-3 EdgeRouter
We use these routers for our Csr's, and the ghost calls issue resolved like magic!
