Hi Guys, I'm new to this, but trying to update T22P firmware.
Latest 7.70 firmware download has a file version of .rar but browser upgrade instructions is asking for a .rom file
Can anyone advise please?

The firmware has been compressed so it takes up less space and is quicker to download. You will need to extract the firmware using a program like winzip or winrar once its extracted it will be in the xxx.rom format and you can use it to upgrade your phone.
