Full Version: T28 has 3 second tone while on a call

I am new to Yealink T28 phones, and have been called in to solve an issue with one user. I believe it is related to the individual phone. When user is on a call he hears a 3 second tone while the other party is speaking. The other party does not hear this beep. But it makes the user uncomfortable have to pardon himself. This does not happen all the time, but it does happen. I am feeling that it is related to call waiting, but I am not entirely sure. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I‘m afraid it's not the reason of all waiting setting, because there's 3 seconds tone, while there's about 1 second tone for call waiting.
Could you please help contact with user and check the detailed scenario when issue occur, such as does it happen as when calling internal line or external line ? and what the PBX for user? Thanks.

BTW, if there is only one phone occur, you can try reset if urgency.
