I have set up the phone to activate the Call Waiting feature, but it does not work. Huh
Hello Sharon,
In order to activate the call waiting feature, you should enable this feature on phone web user interface, as attachments' figure1, as well as turning on call waiting on your PBX Server, as attachments' figure2 (take 3CX PBX for instance).
