The URI request
http://ipadress/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?number=

no more works with firmware 38.70.0.125
but it did with 38.0.0.130

returned error code is 400 Bad Request
with message Bad Filename

any help is welcome

Nice to see you again.
To make the phone more security, in V70 firmware, we improved the Action URI feature, and the format is different:
http://10.2.4.239/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?key=

And you still need to set the Trusted Action URI Server List in the webpage-Phone-Features-API Security,
If you allow any control, you can type any in the Trusted Action URI Server List.
