Hello,

i try to find a working configuration to have blind and attended transfer while using the BLF-Keys to transfer the call to another extension, but i cannot get it to work (on a T46).

So Yealink, can you please help me! How can i have both options, blind and attended transfer while using the BLF-Keys for the transfer-process?

Thanks in Advance!
Hi Sir,

We can't support to mix Attended and Blind Transfer using BLF-Keys currently.
I have submitted your request to our product department and they will make an evaluation of it. Thank you.
Hello Lucia,

to be more details and clear: it would be great if the phone - for example - would just uses blind transfer if you just press the BLF-Key on a active call, and attended transfer if you press the transfer-softkey before selecting the BLF-destination.

if this is not possible, it would be fine also, if we could configure the phone, that it uses Blind Transfer on the Transfer-Softkey + BLF , and attended Transfer if we use Hardware-Button + BLF
Dear Yealink-Support,

Lucia, is there any update for us? This post is over a year old!
Hello Yealink

are you sleeping?

On FreePBX phone system:

Mitel phones behave exactly like this. If the BLF is set to Attended Transfer, using the Transfer key before the BLF makes an Unattended Transfer. It is also true the other way around: If the BLF is set to Unattended Transfer, using the Transfer key before the BLF makes an Attended Transfer.

It would be nice if you could replicate this kind of setup. For now, when DSS keys are set to attended transfer, pressing transfer before the DSS does nothing, I to wait a few seconds then press transfer again for the call to get transfered. This means that there is no way to do an unattended transfer using the DSS, unless you manually type the extension number.

In a real life scenario, trying to make unattended transfers when DSS are set to attended creates 2 entries in the CDR logs, which kinds of screw up the stats. (Button order: press DSS, wait until destination phone rings, press transfer, hangup) This creates an entry in the CDR logs for the DSS press and another entry for the Transfer press.
