Full Version: Transfer 2nd call somewhere other than 1st call

Hi support,
one of our customer's receptionist reported the following issue on W52P

1. There's an ongoing call.
2. A second call is answered.
3. Receptionist would like to transfer second call to a certain extension, but the only option available on the handset is to transfer the second call to the first call.

The optimal solution to the problem would be if a phone number could be specified or selected from the phone book at the transfer selection screen.

I am sorry to tell that one handset only support two simultaneous calls. So you only can transfer the second call to first call. It depends on the hardware.
