Hi,

I have registered 2 handsets with W52P. Handset1 is registered against 761 and Handset2 with 762. I want to make its ringing pattern such that if someone try to call 761 then 761 and 762 both Handsets need to be rung. And if someone try to call 762 then 762 will only ring. I have tried the check boxes in Account tab then Number Assignment. But when I call 761 then only 761 rings only but as per my requirement 762 should also ring with 761.
Please guide me
Thanks in advance.
Hi Rizvirgo,

You may have some misunderstand of the line assignment in W52P.
All accounts are registered in base and base decide how to distribute an incoming call to handsets.

You can assign 761 incoming call to H1 and H2 but only assign 762 to H2. Then if somebody call 761 H1 and H2 will ring simultaneously. If some call 762 only H2 will ring.

If you want 762 ring when somebody call 761 this should be achieved in PBX server.

James

Thanks for your reply sir
Now my question is How it can be done when somebody call to 761 then H1 and H2 both will ring?
Is this possible through web?
If Possible then how?

Hi James,
Your hosted provider should be able to assign all these rules
Hi Rizvirgo,

Login into phone web interface, go to Account-> Number assiggment, assign the number 761 to H1 and H2 by checking the box of H1 and H2 under the rank 761.

James
