We have the T48G phones here and every time we receive an interoffice page, it shows as a missed call. Is there a work around for this? It seems rather inconvenient. If I page looking for someone, everyone will show that there is a missed call from my extension and they cannot be sure if it was a page or if I actually called.
have you tried using Multicast Paging instead?
Yes, you can try a multicast paging firstly.
Phone will display missed call when it receives a cancel message without reason code "call complete elsewhere".
If you don't want phone to display missed call in this situation you may need to configure phone to send a cancel message with the "call complate elsewhere" reason code.
