Hi Yealink Support,
I have a T46 on FW:28.71.0.180 and is using a BT40 dongle and a Jabra EASYGO bluetooth headset.
Call waiting tone is set to be disabled on the phone level but Call Waiting feature is enabled.
First call is fine and headset rings a tone together with the phone. But on the second call, it seems that headset still rings with a tone.
Is there are further settings that we can do to disable the call waiting tone to the BT Headset?
We had tested with a Yealink wired headset but there is no call waiting tone heard. Just on the bluetooth one.
