Hi, we are trying to make W52P phone answer an incoming call based on SIP NOTIFY message from PBX with Event: talk (SIP event package - Broadsoft extensions). The phone responds with 200 OK, but does not answer the call.
It is reasonable when a line is assigned as incoming line for multiple handsets - the base can't know which handset to answer on. Though if a line is assigned to just one handset, it seems to be OK, and that's the case we are testing. So why W52 doesn't process Event: talk as required?
Thanks
