Hi all,

My Yealink T21 sometimes prompted "Share Line unavailable", then it can't work anymore.Can't make a call,Can't recive a call.

I wonder know what kind of circumstances it happened,what is the reason.

If you enable Broadsoft SCA feature under Account-> Advanced interface but there is no a shared call appearance configured in Broadsoft server then phone will give this prompt.

So you can disable the option or add a second line in Broadsoft server.
