Hello,

We have three T20P's setup with direct-IP calling, without a central server.

We try to transfer an incoming call from one phone to another, but the call stays on HOLD forever.

In a previous thread, which has since been deleted, Yealink_Coco told me this was because of Direct-IP calling.

Will there be a firmware update to fix this issue, or is there an alternative method of transferring an active call?

Currenlty it's not supported in Phone. You need a pbx server to handle the transfer.
