Is there any way to disable the sound of dialing on the keypad?

Specifically, our users dislike the fact that when the phone is on the hook -- and they dial in "speakerphone" mode -- every keypress on the dial pad makes a sound.

Any input would be appreciated!

there are two method for you to disable the key tone.

1. configure via web interface


2.configure via auto provision file
#!version:1.0.0.1
features.key_tone = 0
