It would be nice if we could have an audible ring for an incoming call when the user is already on an existing call. Currently the user that is on the call gets a call waiting tone in the handset but this does nothing to alert anyone else that there is another call coming in so that they could use group or directed pickup to answer the second call. If the ring tone for the second call could be at a lower volume than a normal ring and possibly a different tone that would be helpful as well.
