Hi!
I have T48G phone, that heavily uses BLF.
Normally it works fine, but sometimes strange thing happened.
In some time it starts to add ** in a front of extension, that it Subscribes to.
Means if domain is 192.168.1.100, and user is 100, normally you should subscribe to 100@192.168.1.100.
But in some times it starts to subscribe to **100@192.168.1.100
What can cause this behavior change?
Hi Sir,

About your question, do you mean the phone send the wrong subscribe message to the server sometimes which make the BLF presence abnormally, right?
If the answer is yes, please kindly share us more information below to do trouble shooting:
1. Can the BLF LED show normally? If not, what is the BLF LED show like and when will it change the status? Or you can’t pick up the call via BLF key? Please kindly tell us the detail scenario so that we can understanding the issue more clearly.
2. Please kindly provide the level 6 syslog, config.bin and pace trace when you reproduce the issue. About how to get the three files, please refer to the FAQ below:
http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=313

Since it is a randomly issue, so please export the level 6 syslog to the server.
3. To make a comparison, please also provide the three files when the BLF work normally.
You can send the files to Lucia@yealink.com.

4. How many phones you have in total? And how many of them have the issue?
How often does the issue happen? Such as once a day?

Thank you for your information in advanced.
Best Regards,
Lucia
