Full Version: Need to hide the AES Key on T2x range

The AES key is hidden once entered in the T32 or T38. This makes alot of sense.

The T2x range of phones if you enter the AES key, it is there in plain text for all to see. So it cannot be given out in a config files as its too easy to find. Once the AES key is known, its simple for a hacker to get the sip details.

Will there be a frimware update for the T2x range where the mac AES key is hidden once entered, in the same way as the T3x range of phones?
Hi George,
Do you use our latest firmware x.70.0.140?
