Hi,
Is there a way to adjust the call options on the phone. By default, there is transfer, hold and conference while on a live call. I'm hoping I can provision another option in and add an announced parking lot. Is there a way to do this?
Ideally, I'd like to have a specially labeled (park) warm transfer to 'park+*5900', but the label/number could be anything.
I may have just missed this in the manuals...
