Hi

I have about 8 x W52 running off 4 different Bases around our office.

3 of the handsets periodically (when answering) have a high pitched noise and the user cannot hear anything and neither can the caller.

All 3 phones are on different base stations and the problems happen at different times at different places around the office.

The phones are between 2 - 6 months old. I have other phones running the same firmware off the same base stations which have not had any problems.

Please can you make some suggestions

Could you please help to upgrade both Base and Handset to V73, and then test again?
